UKG Legacy UKG Dimensions HR (ex Kronos Workforce Dimensions Core HR) Core HR HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Uintah Basin Medical Center implemented UKG Dimensions HR (ex Kronos Workforce Dimensions Core HR) as a Core HR deployment to centralize timekeeping, scheduling and accrual management across multiple sites. The implementation focused on configuring Kronos scheduler, accruals and attendance modules and advanced scheduler capabilities to reduce unnecessary costs of manual processing and to standardize workforce time management processes. The project delivered a full cycle Kronos v6.3 implementation and configuration set including access profiles, payrules, scheduler and advanced scheduler setup. Configuration work included Time & Attendance constructs such as Labor Level entries, Payrules, Display Profiles, Access Profiles, Accruals, Comments, Employee Group and Labor Level transfer sets for new plant launches, plus creation of Paycodes, Combined Paycode, Wage Profiles and Labor levels. Workforce Timekeeper, Scheduler, Leave and Attendance modules were instrumented alongside Hyperfind queries and a Process Accrual Dates process in Workforce Integration Manager. Integrations and technical architecture included interfaces between the Kronos environment and PeopleSoft HR, Benefits Administration and Talent Management, with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces developed and audited for employee data transfer. The deployment used Microsoft SQL Server for daily database backup and maintenance, included Oracle query development to support Hyperion reporting, and required web server and application server configuration for the Kronos environment. Workforce Device Manager was used to track license keys and manage Kronos 4500 terminals, InTouch bioclocks and tablets across over 20 locations. Governance and operational support included creation of test cases and test procedures for upgrades, audit activities to enable WFC logging and improve system stability and uptime, and timely handling of Kronos 6.3 support tickets to adjust pay rules and work rules as requested by business units. The team executed Attendance History Import, Attendance Point Balance updates for time clocks, PTO updates based on Perfect Attendance and redistribution of Shutdown Pay to Vacation Pay, and produced AS-IS to TO-BE mapping to align timekeeping and payroll functionality with SAP best practice. The implementation maintained continuous operational support of the Workforce Central suite and delivered improved processing efficiency and system uptime as stated by the customer.

SMTP2GO Legacy SMTP2GO Transactional Email PaaS n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Uintah Basin Medical Center implemented SMTP2GO for Transactional Email. The deployment is focused on the hospital website where SMTP2GO provides a dedicated SMTP relay and API endpoint for system-triggered messages originating from web forms and online patient interactions. Uintah Basin Medical Center, a United States healthcare provider with 1261 employees, uses SMTP2GO to centralize outbound transactional message flows from its public-facing site. The SMTP2GO implementation was configured to support core Transactional Email capabilities, including SMTP relay credentials, API key management, domain authentication and deliverability controls. Configuration work emphasized standard email security and authentication practices such as SPF and DKIM, plus routing and retry logic to manage bounces and delivery events consistent with transactional email operational workflows. SMTP2GO is referenced by name in system configurations and monitoring to ensure traceability of message streams. Integrations are implemented directly on the website, connecting webform submissions and other online workflows to SMTP2GO via SMTP or API interfaces. Operational ownership resides with IT and web operations, with the solution handling transactional communications used by clinical-facing and administrative functions for confirmation, notification, and account workflows. Event logging and delivery telemetry from SMTP2GO feed into existing monitoring to support incident investigation and message auditability. Governance controls implemented during rollout included tenant-level sending domain configuration, centralized event logging, and monitoring dashboards to support healthcare compliance and audit requirements. Operational processes were updated to route outbound transactional email through SMTP2GO and to use centralized logging and alerting for incident tracing and operational visibility.
