Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2019 2020
In 2019, United Al Saqer Group UASG implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, an ERP Financial application, to centralize payroll accounting and general ledger functions across the group. The deployment emphasized Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion Financials as the core financial posting and reconciliation platform used by payroll and finance teams across all Group entities including United Al Saqer Group LLC Abu Dhabi. The implementation configured Oracle Fusion Financials for posting accounting journal entries, intercompany accounting, bank reconciliation for payroll related transactions, and accrual management for employee benefits such as annual leave, air ticket entitlements and gratuity. Oracle Payroll costing files were consumed and reviewed in the Oracle Cloud ERP environment to support monthly costing, payroll journal generation and month end payroll accounting activities. Transactions monitored through the system included incentives, commissions, salary advances, housing loan recoveries, air ticket deductions, traffic fines, visa deductions and other employee recoveries. Operational integration centered on the flow of payroll costing files into Oracle Cloud ERP and the use of Oracle Fusion Financials for transaction posting and intercompany reconciliations. Bank reconciliation activity for payroll items was executed within the financials module across all Group entities, and adjusting entries were created in Oracle Cloud ERP to reconcile intercompany balances and payroll accruals. Governance and process controls combined system configuration with manual verification, accountants performing cross checks of payroll documents and approvals, and maintenance of recovery and due to and from employee records in spreadsheets to support accounting entries. The finance organization retained responsibility for monthly payroll closure, reconciliation of provision accrual accounts, preparation of adjusting journal entries and assistance with interim and annual audit activities within Oracle Cloud ERP.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2017 2018
In 2017, United Al Saqer Group UASG deployed Oracle Cloud HCM to address enterprise Core HR requirements across its multi‑company conglomerate. The Oracle Cloud HCM implementation was delivered as part of a broader Oracle Fusion SaaS program covering Financials, SCM and HCM modules across a 30 legal entity phase one and the group of more than 70 companies operating in over 20 countries. The Oracle Cloud HCM instance was configured to centralize Core HR master data, organizational hierarchies, workforce administration and employee lifecycle workflows, aligning HR recordkeeping with enterprise data and reporting models. Configuration work emphasized workforce administration, position and organizational management, and integration readiness for downstream HR processes consistent with Core HR functional patterns. Oracle Cloud HCM operated inside a larger Fusion ecosystem that was integrated with named enterprise services and platforms, including IDCS Cloud Identity Management for identity and access, BICS Business Intelligence Cloud for senior management dashboards, an enterprise data warehouse and an EDM enterprise data model for secure customer and employee data access. The Fusion rollout also coexisted with integrations to MICROS Point of Sales for Food and Beverage operations, CRM Cloud services and marketing systems such as Eloqua and BlueKai, as well as backup and recovery via Commvault, Microsoft 365 mail services and Azure infrastructure planning and delivery. Governance and rollout were driven by established enterprise architecture and controls, leveraging COBIT and TOGAF, with ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 aligned security and service processes. Change management, service desk processes, KPIs and SLAs were instituted during rollout, and enterprise outcomes reported by the program included a reduction in monthly technology defects from over 400 to fewer than 30, a 25 percent reduction in staffing costs in the first six months in targeted areas, lowered operations costs exceeding 5 million per year and an overall increase in ICT and business efficiency of more than 50 percent as part of the broader digital transformation.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Analytics Cloud Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2019 2020
In 2019, United Al Saqer Group UASG implemented Oracle Analytics Cloud to centralize Analytics and BI for finance and sales reporting. The Oracle Analytics Cloud deployment emphasized dashboarding and metadata modeling, with RPD creation and OAC dashboards developed to display Financial and Sales Data. Development work included authoring BI Publisher reports and OTBI artifacts, building the RPD metadata store, and creating PL/SQL packages to populate dimension and fact tables. PL/SQL packages encoded business scenarios used during ETL and reporting, for example handling credit checks in quotations and calculating balance amounts in service contracts, with those results surfaced in Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and BI Publisher outputs. Data integration and movement were implemented using Oracle Integration Cloud, integrating SaaS and PaaS sources into the OAC schema. Master data such as customers and suppliers were loaded into SaaS through FBDI, BI Publisher reports were used to send master data outbound to PaaS via OIC, and custom BI Publisher reports were embedded in custom ADF pages on the PaaS tier to provide operational reporting. At the platform level the engagement included designing the PaaS database architecture, mapping SaaS master data into PaaS, and creating database views and tables to support ADF search screens and fields. Sandbox deployments were used to stage BI Publisher reports onto standard pages, and the implementation supported Finance, Sales and Contract management processes at United Al Saqer Group UASG in Abu Dhabi.
