The program included discovery of customer journeys across the Consumer App and Corporate Portal, and coordination with vendor teams and the internal Customer Experience team to enforce CX guidelines and consistent screen language across channels. Program governance emphasized agile delivery with daily standups, sprint planning, epic prioritization, and ongoing product backlog refinement to respond to evolving stakeholder needs. The Temenos Infinity implementation directly supported digital payments and channel modernization initiatives, and produced discrete outcomes such as live digital cheque acceptance for on us cheques and Urdu language enablement for the mobile app.
