The bank also added card services and debit card capabilities integrated with online banking and bill payment, along with item processing and remote check capture. Fiserv supported deployment of EFT Processing for electronic funds transfer and connection to the ACCEL/Exchange Network to provide cardholder ATM and point of sale access. The program emphasized enterprise wide integration across online banking, card processing, bill pay, remote deposit capture and content management while preserving an in house processing model. Premier was positioned as an integrated and scalable community and regional bank platform to meet United's operational needs. Governance and process changes included workflow automation and standardization using Business Process Manager to centralize new account workflows and process management across retail and business channels. United cited innovation, integration and scalability as the primary decision factors for the expanded relationship and positioned the Fiserv Premier Bank Platform to support ongoing customer satisfaction and operational objectives.
