Operational processes paired FIS GETPAID credit and collections workflows with day to day liaison activities between internal and external customers to balance accurate, timely billing and maximized collection of receipts. Teams supporting the application were also proficient in RentalMan, an ERP platform used by large equipment rental companies, indicating cross functional familiarity between accounts receivable operations and rental ERP processes.

Integration logic used Boomi process shapes such as route, branch and exception, and handled flat file and API payloads including CSV, TSV and XLSX formats via FTP and SFTP operations.
Integrations explicitly tied Sterling Background Check to SuccessFactors RCM, SF onboarding, People Answers assessment services, SAP ERP HCM interfaces and ancillary systems including Microsoft Dynamics and SAP PI. The technical architecture involved SOAP and REST web service connectors, JMS and JDBC endpoints for asynchronous messaging and database interaction, and file based exchanges for bulk transfer. Operational coverage centered on talent acquisition, assessment result orchestration and onboarding handoffs, impacting recruiting and HR operations teams.
