The platform also handled VIP accommodation bookings for clients such as CNRS and Universite de Strasbourg, and provided first level telephone and online support in French and English for travelers and travel arrangers.
Operational integration used the Rydoo platform together with supplier connectivity to Booking.com, GTA, Go-Global and Expedia to execute worldwide hotel group reservations on behalf of the French clients listed. The solution impacted travel procurement, events management, travel arranger operations and finance accounts payable processes through centralized booking, billing and voucher issuance workflows. The implementation supported multi-organization servicing, consolidating booking and supplier interactions across public and private sector clients.
Governance was organized around a single follow up process from A to Z that orchestrated rate negotiation, contract administration, amendment monitoring, payment execution and document distribution. Support and operational handoffs were structured to provide first line resolution in French and English while consolidating supplier contract management and invoicing processes within the Rydoo Expense environment.
