The scope focused on enterprise reporting and data warehousing workflows, with ETL orchestration, scheduled loads, and a report catalog that supported both operational units and career services reporting needs.
Governance centered on cross team coordination for data model ownership, ETL schedule management, and deployment workflows for SSRS and Microsoft Power BI artifacts. University of Waterloo Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI reporting and data warehousing responsibilities were explicitly organized around IS&T and Co operative Education & Career Action to sustain ongoing report delivery and dataset evolution.
