In 2015, Uplift Family Services implemented Oracle Cloud HCM. Oracle Cloud HCM was adopted as the organization Core HR system to centralize HRIS capabilities across a multi-site, statewide behavioral health services provider and to standardize core HR workflows for direct care, clinical, management and executive staff.
The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment covered core HR record keeping and HRIS file and data management, and supported modules aligned to applicant tracking and onboarding, compensation management, benefits administration and performance management. The implementation effort included configuration of electronic new hire pre-boarding and onboarding workflows and alignment of compensation and performance processes to the organization wide compensation plan redesign.
The Oracle Cloud HCM rollout was integrated with Taleo cloud for applicant tracking and electronic onboarding to create an end to end hire to onboard flow. Operational scope extended across multi-site HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, staffing, benefits administration, safety and workers compensation case tracking, and performance management for staff at all levels.
HR leadership provided operational governance and led the implementation team for Oracle Cloud HCM and Taleo cloud, redesigning workflows and policies to support standardized onboarding and HR operations. During the period that included the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, HR initiatives delivered by the same leadership produced explicit outcomes such as a redesigned electronic onboarding experience, preparation for a successful COA recertification, reductions in direct service vacancy rates, increased hiring offer volume, and worker's compensation cost reductions.
