Valley Medical Center implemented Alvaria Recorder in 2017 as part of an Aspect Alvaria patient engagement and quality management suite deployment. The work focused on Call Tracking and Recording to add screen capture and call capture capability within healthcare contact-centre operations supporting patient follow-up and contact handling in the Pacific Northwest.
Alvaria Recorder and adjacent patient engagement modules were configured to provide call recording, screen recording, interaction tagging, and complex outbound dialing workflows. The deployment incorporated quality management capabilities to enable unified reporting and workflow automation, with Alvaria Recorder used to instrument calls and screens for later review as part of patient outreach and quality programs.
The implementation integrated with Epic to surface patient context in the contact centre and to link recorded interactions to clinical and scheduling records. Governance emphasized contact-centre quality processes and recorded interaction handling, and the case study explicitly references that call recording usage supported improved patient outreach and unified reporting across sites.
