| SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
Ventia implemented SAP S/4 HANA in 2021 to centralize ERP Financial functions across its finance organization. The deployment runs SAP S/4 HANA on a VMware virtualization layer and involved migration from SAP ERP ECC 6.0, with finance business units, technology teams, system implementation teams, vendor and process teams collaborating to enable the new capabilities.
Implementation focused on core ERP Financial modules and workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial close orchestration and financial reporting and controls. Configuration and automation work emphasized record to report and transaction processing, aligned to Ventia's finance roadmap activities. Project teams implemented finance-centric master data governance and configuration settings to support compliance and consolidated reporting.
Operational coverage centered on finance business units across the firm, with cross-functional engagement from technology, process and vendor teams to deliver compliance and transformation projects. The program adopted a VMware project delivery framework for planning and execution, tying release windows and cutover activities to virtualization and SAP S/4 HANA operational considerations. System-level integrations were coordinated with internal technology teams to ensure transactional flows and reporting interfaces supported finance operations.
Governance emphasized stakeholder engagement, with finance leadership partnering to maintain a high level of communication across the firm and to prioritize roadmap initiatives. Process change management included educating business partners on SAP S/4 HANA capabilities and assessing feasibility for specific solution builds, shaping requirement prioritization. Steering and delivery cadences reflected the VMware project delivery framework, with cross-functional planning cycles for compliance, cutover and post go live support.
Initiatives implemented during the program were explicitly designed to support Ventia's finance roadmap and enable new ERP Financial capabilities, including streamlined record to report workflows and centralized financial controls. Ongoing engagement and education of business partners was part of the operating model to sustain adoption and feasibility assessment of future enhancements.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 Ventia implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to consolidate Core HR information across its Australia and New Zealand contracts and to centralize employee master records for a workforce of approximately 35,000. The deployment targeted HR business partners, HR general managers and contract managers, with a clear line of sight to reporting needs used in bids, RFPs and operational workforce planning across the ANZ region.
Configuration work focused on Core HR capabilities common to the category, including centralized employee records, organizational structure and position data, and absence and leave balances to support headcount and attrition reporting. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation was used as the canonical source for people data that fed downstream analytics, and the program included development of data models and visualizations using Microsoft Excel pivot charts and Microsoft Power BI to standardize people metrics.
Integrations explicitly connected SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with on premise systems such as SAP ECC and SAP BW for data mining and historical reporting, and the implementation pattern included exports and feeds into BI tooling for contract level and ANZ region reporting. Operational scope included HR reporting for multiple contract sites in the ANZ region and support for compliance reporting obligations including WGEA reporting.
Governance activities included user acceptance testing, liaison between People and Capability analysts and IT teams to manage change requests, and iterative removal of reporting redundancies through automation. The program emphasized process consolidation for monthly people metrics reporting and contributed to improved reporting methodology and automation as documented by internal analysts.

| Service Works Global | IBM Maximo CMMS | Service Works Global QFM CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Ventia migrated its CMMS from IBM Maximo CMMS to Service Works Global QFM CMMS, undertaking the project at Royal North Shore Hospital as part of its core maintenance services under the New South Wales PPP. The migration was led by the Project Engineer responsible for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance, reflecting Ventia as a tier 1 Australian professional services provider.
The Service Works Global QFM CMMS deployment focused on preventive maintenance scheduling and the programming of a maintenance calendar to automate recurring tasks, aligning with standard Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities. Configuration activity emphasized asset register consolidation, work order orchestration, and maintenance planning and optimisation to support corrective and preventative maintenance workflows.
Operational coverage centered on hospital facilities maintenance functions including HVAC, power generation HV LV, lighting, and building automation, with coordination between internal maintenance teams and external contractors. Service Works Global QFM CMMS was positioned to centralize maintenance execution and standardize work order processes across the Royal North Shore Hospital site.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical migration, with new standard operating procedures, drawing controls, and project controls instituted to support deviation management, risk analysis, and root cause analysis. The Project Engineer retained responsibility for developing and maintaining procedures and ensuring the QFM CMMS configuration enforced operational standards and compliance.
The source notes explicitly report a successful migration and that the preventive maintenance calendar was programmed to make the management process automated. The Service Works Global QFM CMMS implementation therefore served as Ventia's primary Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) tool for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance at the hospital site.
