Project planning and management activities included EDI business strategy development, SOP documentation for EDI teams and management, and participation in disaster recovery planning to ensure operational resilience. Operational coverage focused on finance and supply chain transaction flows, internal users and external trading partners, and centralized EDI operations for transaction orchestration. Ongoing responsibilities recorded in subsequent operations included troubleshooting and performance tuning of EDI tools, maintenance of EDI maps, and continuous coordination of partner implementations using the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment.

A new data source was developed for JDE using TLi and JDE 55 and 47 tables, enabling bi-directional EDI flows between ECI Macola and the JDE system, and external trading partner onboarding and testing were coordinated through these middleware components. Governance and operationalization included development of EDI specifications, flows, manuals, and SOP documentation, plus formal training and testing for internal users and external partners. Between Nov 2019 and Jul 2024 a Sr. EDI Admin managed design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation of inbound and outbound documents, participated in disaster recovery planning, and led EDI business strategy and project planning to standardize EDI operations across both ERP systems.
