Governance and process controls were formalized through role based responsibilities, with the Payroll Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager Payroll Operations and acting as the liaison between Payroll and HRIS/Benefits. Day to day governance emphasized audit of HR transaction input for accuracy and completeness, reconciliations, file uploads, and testing procedures to sustain compliance and operational controls within the Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management environment.

The initiative was led by a cross function team including HR Operations and Talent Attraction leaders, creating a governance forum to oversee WorkFront configuration, workflow ownership, and future service scope decisions.
