In 2017 VTTI implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, completing an Oracle Fusion applications deployment aligned to the ERP Financial category for its international finance organization. The program supported a global footprint of about 14 countries and approximately 1000 employees, and built on a prior HCM Oracle Fusion implementation to centralize core finance and HR workflows across terminals.
The deployment focused on Oracle Cloud ERP financial capabilities, delivered from a basic rollout template that was then configured per country and per terminal to address local statutory and tax requirements. Core functional workflows implemented followed ERP Financial norms, including general ledger centralization, accounts payable and receivable processes, intercompany accounting orchestration, and statutory reporting workflows within Oracle Cloud ERP.
Profource led the international rollout and provided land and terminal specific on-site training for employees, the rollout covering existing terminals and planned expansion to additional countries. The implementation model was terminal-aware, with localization and configuration changes applied at the country or terminal level to meet local legislation while preserving the global template baseline.
Governance used a template-driven rollout and project-based resourcing to accommodate VTTI's rapid acquisition pace, enabling Profource to scale implementation teams up or down as needed. The rollout is ongoing, Profource delivered local training and configuration adjustments, and the project notes describe the ERP and HCM Oracle Fusion applications as successfully implemented.

In 2017 VTTI implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR platform. Profource delivered the program using its Best Practice FAST approach in an eight month project that went live in 2017.
The implementation encompassed four Core HR modules with particular emphasis on the Time and Labor module to address extensive collective labor agreements, complex shift patterns and overtime schedules. Profource configured Oracle Cloud HCM to support complex time registration workflows, shift scheduling logic and rules-driven time processing consistent with enterprise Core HR functional requirements.
Deployment targeted VTTI’s international operational footprint, providing a centralized Oracle Cloud HCM instance to support activities across 14 countries and approximately 1000 employees. The Profource standardized solution was implemented as a template, and the Best Practice approach served as the basis for further international rollout and alignment with a linked ERP implementation initiative.
Governance and process change focused on upgrading HCM processes to provide more control, improved efficiency and better insight into workforce time registration. The engagement emphasized standardized configuration, repeatable rollout practices and operational readiness for global workforce management under the Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR platform.

In 2023, VTTI implemented IFS Ultimo EAM as its global Enterprise Asset Management system to support maintenance, operations and HSE functions across terminals. The deployment targeted VTTI's mix of large and small storage terminals, establishing a common platform that emphasizes usability, flexibility, and business value for asset integrity and reliability.
The implementation configured core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including an asset register, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection and compliance workflows, and spare parts inventory control. Configurations used Ultimo's flexible data model to accommodate differing terminal profiles while enforcing standardized maintenance procedures and inspection routines.
Rollout and operational coverage centered on terminal teams who now share knowledge and standardized processes through the platform. Governance focused on consolidating procedures and operational workflows to improve visibility for operations, maintenance and HSE teams, and VTTI continuously benefits from IFS Ultimo EAM to help guarantee asset integrity, reliability and a safe place to work.
