Deltek Legacy Deltek Vision ERP Financial ERP n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Weaver Consultants Group implemented Deltek Vision as its ERP Financial solution. The deployment supported finance and project accounting functions for a mid-sized professional services firm of approximately 500 employees in the United States, centralizing accounts payable, accounts receivable and time-entry workflows tied to client projects. Deltek Vision was used to manage corporate credit card processing, invoice generation for projects, and administrative report preparation across finance and project teams. Operational use of Deltek Vision concentrated on accounts payable and project accounting modules, with staff entering invoices and both corporate and personal credit card expense reports directly into Deltek Vision. Timesheet maintenance and time entry were performed in the same application to capture project labor and billing drivers. On the accounts receivable side, users prepared draft and final invoices for the North Central Solid Waste project and issued project and proposal numbers through Deltek Vision. Deliverables handling, including preparation of samples, reports and client correspondence, was coordinated with system-generated outputs and internal document workflows. The finance team exported and updated a weekly corporate credit card report using Excel, indicating regular data exports from Deltek Vision to spreadsheet tools for reconciliation and review. Staff downloaded and maintained various reports for accounts payable entry, reflecting a cadence of batch reporting and manual data entry. Project support activities such as making hotel reservations for field engineers and assisting with health and safety and CQA plans were performed alongside system-driven project accounting tasks, linking administrative project logistics to billing and cost capture. Operational governance emphasized administrative training and clearly defined responsibilities by role, with personnel assisting Senior Office Administration in onboarding and training new administrative staff on Deltek Vision procedures. Daily operational controls included preparation of reports for mailings, supply ordering, phone handling and maintenance of shared workspaces to sustain consistent AP and AR processing. Core process workflows centered on manual entry, report exports and document preparation, with administrative governance layered over Deltek Vision to ensure routine project invoicing and expense processing.

Gallup Legacy Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Weaver Consultants Group implemented Gallup Q12, deploying the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey as its primary Employee Engagement instrument. The program covered an employee population of over 350 professionals including engineers, geologists, scientists, architects, surveyors and construction specialists across offices in Chicago, Fort Worth, Denver, Springfield and Grand Rapids. The implementation focused on survey administration, team level diagnostic reporting and structured action plan follow up, using Gallup Q12 to produce leader and team engagement scores and prioritized improvement areas. HR configured recurring survey cadence and integrated Gallup Q12 outputs into an HR Talent Report that combined turnover, bench strength, and exit and stay interview data to inform recommendations and initiatives. Operational ownership sat with the Head of Human Resources and the HR team, with direct lines into senior leadership and front line managers to convert Gallup Q12 results into Talent Management decisions. Business functions impacted included Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Professional Development, Benefits and Compensation and Succession Planning. Governance included manager training on performance management, developing strong job profiles and leadership programs, plus a disciplined action plan follow up process driven by Gallup Q12 survey findings. Using the HR Talent Report alongside the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey and Action Plan Follow up, Weaver decreased turnover from 30 percent to 17 percent over two years.
