| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012 Webster Bank implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its core finance platform. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment served as the bank's ERP Financial backbone and centralized Oracle Financial Applications for institutional accounting and regulatory reporting functions.
The implementation covered standard ERP Financial functional modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury operations, with configurations aligned to banking accounting and close processes. The engagement included participation on the Oracle R12 upgrade project team, driving version alignment to R12 class functionality and related application patching and configuration changes.
Operational coverage emphasized ongoing maintenance and support for Webster Bank financial applications, with explicit application-level integrations to AMBIT Risk & Performance Management and CRA-Wiz for risk analytics and community reinvestment reporting. Support and runbook activities focused on transactional workflows, month-end financial close orchestration, and interfacing between Oracle E-Business Suite and the stated risk and reporting systems.
Governance was organized around an application support and upgrade model, with centralized change control, release coordination tied to the Oracle R12 upgrade cadence, and role-based configuration governance for finance teams. The team model combined application maintenance responsibilities with upgrade project duties to ensure continuity between day-to-day support and platform versioning.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Webster Bank implemented Workday Benefits to centralize Benefits Administration within its broader HR and payroll program. The Workday Benefits deployment was delivered as part of concurrent Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation and Talent initiatives and focused on aligning benefits administration with core HR processes and periodic compensation workflows.
Workday Benefits at Webster Bank was configured alongside Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance management modules, with functional business process definitions created and tested by internal analysts. The project produced business requirement documents and build turnover reports, and functional specifications were authored for complex flows, while defect tracking used Test Director, Quality Center and JIRA to govern testing and issue resolution.
Data conversion and reporting work supported the deployment, using EIB and iLoad to map and load Assets, Conversion assets, Composite Assets, Customer Invoices and Bank Account Conversion Data originating from an Oracle system into Workday. Analysts extracted raw data from HR tools such as MFASIS using SQL, reproduced data transformations to match production extracts, and ran reconciliations using Microsoft tools to resolve discrepancies.
Governance and rollout activities emphasized detailed business and technical requirements, business rules and data standards, facilitated functional requirement sessions with system users, and included leadership of Business System Analysis and QA for Benefits Administration Outsourcing and Talent Management implementations. Coordination with technical leads and project managers structured the implementation governance and testing cadence for Workday Benefits and related HCM modules.

| Fiserv | Legacy | Fiserv Signature Bank Platform | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Webster Bank implemented the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform as its primary Core Banking application, bringing core accounting and servicing workflows into a centralized system used by audit, treasury, ALCO, procurement, and regulatory reporting teams. The deployment positioned the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform to support controls and review activities across non-interest income and expense categories as well as securities, deposits, and loan servicing reconciliations used by internal audit and the Chief Audit Executive.
Configuration and functional coverage centered on category-aligned capabilities, including deposit accounting and interest calculation routines, loan system reconciliation and delinquency tracking, treasury securities processing, regulatory reporting feeds, and an accounts payable workflow to automate approvals. Fiserv Signature Bank Platform was used operationally to recalculate and prove interest rate adjustments to demand and savings accounts, confirm delinquent payment data to contracts, and to link transactional flows into reporting for Call Report and other regulatory submissions.
The implementation was operated alongside other Fiserv tools used by Webster Bank audit teams, explicitly including Fiserv Prologue for data review and Nautilus for quality control and validation work, reflecting an integrated Fiserv tooling landscape. Those integrations supported audit sampling, cross-referencing, and test work across multiple report outputs, and enabled frequent comparisons between FR2900, Call Report, FR Y-9C and related filings to identify mapping exceptions.
Governance and process change accompanied the Core Banking deployment, with risk assessments integrated into the annual audit plan and auditor training on sampling, test work, and SOX follow-up. Explicit remediation and control recommendations documented during use of the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform included reclassifying $20 million of securities between accounting categories, requiring formal vendor approval prior to contract establishment, linking purchase orders to invoices, remote access testing for business continuity planning, and improved Call Report mappings that produced a $255 million reserve allocation impact and a $46 million residential loan categorization adjustment.
