In 2019 Williams Lea implemented Workday Financial Management as its ERP Financial solution, establishing a cloud-native financial foundation for the organization. The deployment emphasized core financial management capabilities typical of the ERP Financial category, including general ledger consolidation, accounts payable and receivable workflows, and financial reporting to support centralized financial control and period close processes.
The project sat alongside a broader group program that configured Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials across 45 countries in nine months, providing operational coverage for finance, HR and payroll functions and coordinated from the UK headquarters. Implementation design focused on cross-border chart of accounts alignment, shared cost center structures and standardized financial processes, with centralized program governance and a compressed rollout cadence to harmonize workflows across sites and legal entities.

In 2015, Williams Lea implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to support its Payroll function. The implementation supported Williams Lea, a professional services firm based in the United States with approximately 7000 employees.
Configuration work concentrated on Role Based Permissions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, specifically creating permission groups and defining propagation mapping in SuccessFactors EC Payroll. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll deployment centralized access control across Employee Central master data and payroll processing components, using permission groups to separate duties and propagation mapping to ensure access attributes followed employee records as they moved through HR and payroll workflows.
Governance and rollout focused on aligning permission group definitions with HR and payroll process owners, with propagation mapping formalized to ensure consistent entitlement assignment during common employee lifecycle events. Change control for permissions was tied to organizational role changes and payroll processing workflows, enabling controlled updates to Role Based Permissions in the Payroll environment.

| Wolters Kluwer | Legacy | Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix | Legal Practice Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 Williams Lea implemented Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix within its Legal Practice Management operations to centralize e-billing and rate administration for its Wheeling, WV site. The deployment aligned the Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix application with client-specific billing agreements and day-to-day invoice submission responsibilities handled by eBilling Assistants and Admins.
Configuration work focused on rate maintenance, invoice validation and structured note tracking inside internal modules. The implementation established processes to ensure rates complied with client agreements, upload rates into external e-billing platforms, and record approved rate changes and contextual notes for auditability. Role-based access and task assignment supported segregation of duties between eBilling Assistants and eBilling Admins.
Integrations and operational touchpoints included Aderant, BillBlast, rePortal, CounselGO, T360, Collaborati, Passport, Ascent, BillingPoint, Brightflag, Legal Tracker, and CounselLink, which were used for rate uploads, invoice submission and invoice tracking. These integrations connected Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix to multiple vendor e-billing endpoints to support cross-platform invoice workflows.
Operational scope covered assigned e-billed clients with activities performed October 2021 to November 2022 including daily rate maintenance, invoice submission into BillBlast for assigned clients, facilitation of reduction research, and ad-hoc support to eBilling Admins. Governance emphasized adherence to client agreements, documented approval steps before rate publication, and ongoing maintenance of client and invoice notes to preserve compliance and operational continuity.
