In November 2025 Wizz Air selected Accelya’s FLX ONE Order Accounting to modernize finance and order to settlement processes, aligning the FLX ONE application with its Retail Management objectives to support retail driven growth. The decision targets deployment across Hungary and broader European operations, positioning order accounting as the central financial control for ticketing and ancillary retail flows.
The implementation centers on the FLX ONE Order Accounting module, configured for automated revenue recognition workflows, settlement orchestration, cash visibility and accounting ledger posting. Functional configuration includes automated transaction matching, period end accounting feeds and configurable revenue rules to ensure retail transactions map consistently to financial reporting.
Operational scope covers finance and revenue operations teams across Wizz Air’s Hungary and European sites, with governance changes to centralize order accounting, standardize reconciliation workflows and formalize settlement procedures. The rollout explicitly aims to improve revenue recognition, increase automation and enhance cash visibility as the carrier scales its retail operations.
