Operational design included daily processing of bank transactions in Oracle NetSuite and monthly balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations in FloQast, linking transactional posting with close tooling. The scope covered ownership of full sets of accounts for multiple APJ and EMEA entities and day to day global accounting activities reporting to the Director of Accounting in Singapore.
Governance and workflow changes centered on standardized month end, quarter and annual close procedures, preparation of audit schedules and reconciliation packages, and resolution of audit queries for assigned entities. The program also emphasized continuous refinement of accounting policies and process changes to support IPO readiness and improved audit responsiveness.
