In 2020, Xceedance implemented Darwinbox Core HR as its Core HR platform. The deployment centralized HRIS functions for a 3500 employee professional services firm, with data validation and updating performed for over 3000 members from a Gurgaon, India hub operating in a hybrid model. The implementation was led from People Operations and HR Shared Services and targeted core HR workflows and reporting.
Darwinbox Core HR was configured to manage HRIS access management, process workflows, streamlined workflow approvals, and configurable system notifications and triggers at each employee lifecycle stage. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included HR analytics, HRIS reporting, client reports, organizational charting, digitization of employee letters, automated onboarding workflows including Joining Kit and BGVC processes, and automated letter and bonus workflows such as bonafide, referral, joining and retention bonus processing.
Operational coverage spanned HR Shared Services, People Operations, organizational grievance handling, and management of the annual and mid-year pay increase cycle from planning through execution within management-allocated budget. The Darwinbox Core HR deployment was delivered alongside a complete deployment of SAPPHIRE, a ticketing application serving more than 3000 workers, and produced global HR dashboards and organizational charts published regularly to leadership.
Governance and controls were implemented through audit and compliance workflows, management of internal and external HR audits, and HRIS reporting to support audit trails. Forecasting of the annual HR budget and monthly expense monitoring were integrated into operational practice. Xceedance reported HRIS data validation and updating for over 3000 members with 100 percent data correctness, and the implementation enabled automated, fast and error-free HRIS processing for letters and bonus-related transactions.

In 2017 Xceedance implemented H2O Driverless AI to accelerate its insurance data science services. The deployment positioned H2O Driverless AI within Xceedance’s client delivery and data science operations, aligning the application with the company’s role as a global provider of insurance data science services and professional services for insurers.
Xceedance configured H2O Driverless AI to exploit automated machine learning capabilities typical of ML and Data Science Platforms, including automated feature engineering, model selection and hyperparameter tuning, and built in model interpretability and explainability functions. The implementation emphasized repeatable model pipelines and model export for production scoring, enabling data scientists to operationalize experiments and standardize model artifacts for client engagements.
Operational ownership rested with Xceedance’s centralized data science and client delivery teams, who used Driverless AI to embed advanced analytics into customer facing solutions at scale. Rajesh Iyer, SVP and Head of Data Science at Xceedance, said Driverless AI is a game changer and that the company is now able to put the power of an entire expert data science team in front of customers at scale, and that Xceedance has enjoyed a strong working experience with H2O.ai. This implementation reflects a focus on accelerating model development lifecycles and improving the consistency of analytics delivered to insurer clients within the ML and Data Science Platforms category.

In 2013, Xceedance implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its Collaboration platform. The deployment is referenced on the company website and supports the collaboration needs of the 3,500 employee professional services firm.
The Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) implementation focuses on core Collaboration capabilities, including Gmail for enterprise email, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Drive for content storage, and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides for collaborative document creation and editing. Administration is handled through the Google Workspace Admin console to provision users, manage groups and enforce domain level settings.
Functionally the implementation supports shared document authoring, email and calendar coordination, and centralized content repositories that align with knowledge management and corporate communications workflows. The public site signals Google Workspace as part of Xceedance's digital collaboration footprint.
Governance and operational coverage center on cloud based user management and role oriented administration within Google Workspace, positioning Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as the primary Collaboration toolset for email, calendaring, content collaboration and administrative user management.
