In 2020, XMA implemented Moorepay Core HR. Moorepay Core HR is a Core HR application providing integrated HR and payroll capabilities to XMA's approximately 500 employee workforce across three regional offices in the United Kingdom.
XMA approached Moorepay with a requirement for integrated payroll and HR to better manage a large employee base, and selected Managed Payroll alongside the Moorepay Core HR application. Implemented modules include core HR, built in payroll, Recruitment, Learning Management, and an employee benefits and discounts module, with configuration focused on shared data models so updates are made once and act as a single source of truth.
Operational coverage centers on HR and payroll operations across XMA's regional offices, with Moorepay managing payroll processing as part of the Managed Payroll service and the benefits selections written through into payroll. The deployment emphasizes end to end HR workflows from recruitment through learning and payroll administration, consolidating employee lifecycle data inside Moorepay Core HR.
Governance and rollout were guided by a commercial fact finding and sales cycle, during which XMA valued Moorepay's integrated proposition and referenced strong financial backing and trust by well known companies. XMA highlighted that employee uptake of the benefits product is supported by the straight into payroll integration, and Moorepay's Managed Payroll approach reduces processing errors and saves business time.
