The implementation impacted accounts receivable and billing operations and introduced governance changes around customer delivery preferences and credentialed audit access. The solution ties invoice issuance, secure portal access, and managed print and mail services into a consolidated AR Automation workflow designed to meet multi-country e-invoicing access and tax authority requirements.
