In 2017, Yogya Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application to support corporate finance and accounting functions. The project engaged local finance and IT personnel in Bandung, with internal staff serving as members of an Oracle EBS 12 setup team and as key users during an Oracle Financial upgrade.
Configuration work concentrated on core financial capabilities, explicitly implementing General Ledger and Fixed Assets functionality to support journal processing, ledger structures, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting workflows. Staff accountants were responsible for journal entry controls and the delivery of financial reports, and they acted as operational owners of the configured General Ledger processes.
The technical deployment was aligned with Oracle Database for transactional persistence and reporting, and team members performed database-level analysis to support accounting reconciliations and extract financial data for reporting. Application-level configuration and database scripting were used to adapt Oracle E-Business Suite to local accounting workflows and reporting requirements.
Governance followed a key user model, where finance professionals participated in setup and upgrade governance to preserve accounting controls and reporting continuity. Operational scope was centered on finance and accounting functions in Bandung, with Oracle E-Business Suite serving as the primary ERP Financial system for journal management and statutory financial reporting.

Yogya Group is using Salesforce Sales Cloud on their website, integrating web lead capture and customer engagement workflows into the cloud CRM. This implementation aligns with the Sales Automation,CRM,Sales Engagement category and targets retail sales and omnichannel customer contact flows.
Salesforce Sales Cloud was configured to support standard Sales Cloud capabilities such as lead capture from the corporate website, contact and account management, opportunity and pipeline tracking, and sales engagement workflows with automated tasking and email sequencing.
