PrintVis Legacy PrintVis ERP Retail Management ERP Services and Operations Rainbow Solutions 2015 2016
In 2015, Zalsman B.V. implemented PrintVis ERP built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, deployed under the Retail Management category to centralize core business processes. The project targeted unification of financials, costing, planning and production across the company and was initiated with vendor engagement beginning in late 2015. PrintVis ERP was configured to provide financial management, detailed order costing and production planning capabilities, delivering real-time visibility into financial status, order costing and planning workflows. The implementation emphasized order-level costing and planning configuration consistent with print production operations, aligning transactional accounting and job costing within the PrintVis ERP environment. The program was delivered by PrintVis partner Rainbow CrossMedia operating as Rainbow Solutions, integrating PrintVis with Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the transactional ERP backbone. Operational scope covered Zalsman B.V. in the Netherlands with direct impact on finance, production planning and shop floor production coordination. Governance and rollout were partner driven with engagement beginning late 2015, and the deployment established unified processes for costing, planning and financial reporting within the PrintVis ERP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV stack. The case study documents improved real-time visibility into financial status, order costing and planning as a primary outcome of the implementation.
