In 2017 Cool Gray upgraded to PrintVis ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, completing a move from PrintVis 2009 to PrintVis 2016 in May 2017. The upgrade was positioned to support the companys Retail Management needs while consolidating core shop floor and back office processes.
