The implementation configured ADS DataTrack to handle core time and attendance and payroll workflows, including daily time records and timeclock capture, processing payroll including paid sick leave payroll and FMLA tracking, harvest production record keeping, and harvest cost record keeping. The configuration also covered safety and incident workflows such as accident reports, KOS logging, light duty tracking and LNI documentation, plus invoicing, medical and dental insurance enrollment, hiring workflow support, distribution of payroll checks and storage of personal documentation.
ADS DataTrack was integrated with BosaNova and the field clock collection processes to centralize field time capture and payroll inputs, and it was operated primarily at the Paterson WA site to support roughly 40 employees and seasonal harvest crews. Operational coverage included payroll, human resources, field operations, safety and accounting functions, with data capture oriented to contingent and seasonal labor cost allocation and compliance reporting.
Governance centered on daily time record reconciliation and structured workflows for payroll processing, FMLA and paid sick leave administration, accident handling and hiring. The implementation formalized record keeping for harvest production and costs, and standardized document enrollment processes for benefits and personnel files through ADS DataTrack.
