These integrations supported joiner and leaver event automation, benefit and reimbursement exchanges, and supplier onboarding related to procurement platform migrations. Operationally the program was led by a cutover manager who planned and executed cutover and rollout activities, coordinated external vendors and suppliers, and managed risk and stakeholder engagement across regions.
