ABB Poland | Manufacturing | 3000 | $500M | Poland | SSG Insight | AgilityCore | Enterprise Asset Management | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 ABB Poland deployed AgilityCore as its Workflow and Asset Management system to manage operations maintenance and to provide human resource management support. ABB Poland employs more than 3,000 people in the power generation and automation sectors, and over half of the output of ABB companies in Poland is exported, which framed the implementation scope for operations and HR processes. AgilityCore was positioned to centralize maintenance workflows and workforce records within the Poland operational footprint.
AgilityCore manages modules for operations maintenance and human resource support, including asset registry, maintenance scheduling, work order management, maintenance workflow automation, timesheets and employee records. The deployment configures role based access controls and structured workflows to align maintenance technicians, planners and HR administrators, creating a single source of operational and workforce data. As a Workflow and Asset Management platform, AgilityCore consolidates maintenance planning and HR time capture into coordinated functional processes.
Operational coverage focused on ABB Poland business functions, with system ownership scoped to operations and HR teams across manufacturing and automation activities. Governance emphasized process standardization and integrated record keeping to align maintenance execution with employee timekeeping and personnel records. AgilityCore is referenced by name as the central Workflow and Asset Management application supporting ABB Poland operations maintenance and human resource management.

ABN | Manufacturing | 300 | $50M | United Kingdom | SSG Insight | AgilityCore | Enterprise Asset Management | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019 ABN implemented AgilityCore from SSG Insight as its enterprise Workflow and Asset Management platform across all 11 UK sites. The deployment established a centralized AgilityCore instance to provide a unified view of assets and maintenance activity while preserving site-level data visibility and access controls for individual mills.
The implementation focused on core maintenance and asset modules, including asset condition and care records, planned preventative maintenance PPM scheduling, maintenance task management, corrective work order capture, and labour utilization tracking. AgilityCore was configured to record individual engineer activity, expose the complete equipment structure, and surface historical asset data to inform planning, with built-in dashboards and exportable reports for operational teams.
Operational coverage was explicitly multi-site within the UK, with permissions configured so sites cannot see each other by default and administrators able to grant scoped access as required. Reporting and dashboarding were emphasized, with SSG Insight providing ongoing report customization and support to ensure operational stakeholders and the Supply Chain Director could access digestible, role-specific metrics.
Governance and process changes included iterating the PPM plan after initial use of AgilityCore, using the platform replication tool to speed configuration across sites, and formalizing maintenance task pickup through visible labour utilization. The system also established audit-ready evidence for HSE and FSQ requirements by enabling direct access to maintenance records and reports during inspections, and SSG Insight provided continuous support for report enhancements and system refinements.

Autoliv | Automotive | 62567 | $10.5B | Sweden | SSG Insight | AgilityCore | Enterprise Asset Management | 2013 | n/a |
In 2013, Autoliv implemented AgilityCore from SSG Insight at Airbags International, deploying the AgilityCore application in the Workflow and Asset Management category to manage maintenance and asset workflows at the Congleton manufacturing complex. The decision followed a 14 year run on Plan4 and was executed with SSG Insight’s implementation consultant on site, with the system installed in February 2013 and moved to full operation in early April 2013.
The implementation migrated master data into AgilityCore including all assets for three Congleton sites, labour resources, craft and fault codes, PPM schedules, and stores information such as supplier and parts details. The solution was configured to support planned preventative maintenance scheduling, ad hoc breakdown management, maintenance inventory control, and work request tracking, while historical job records were retained for reference when full job history transfer was not possible.
Operational rollout covered the Congleton manufacturing site, which spans 26,000 square meters and produces high-volume airbag output, and it onboarded approximately 105 AgilityCore users including team leaders and their teams. The deployment introduced real time visibility and traceability of work requests, including a workshop display that surfaces new maintenance tasks, and was used to demonstrate completed services and documentation to external auditors.
Governance and next-step planning focused on tightening supplier and service contract management and expanding mobile capabilities, with Airbags International planning to introduce AgilityMobile Solutions and barcode-enabled field workflows. Operational outcomes reported by the site included improved reaction times to maintenance issues, better adherence to service intervals, cleaner organizational maintenance records, and improved site reliability after AgilityCore went live.
