Operational governance included a multi-org configuration creating a new Business Group, Legal Entity, Set of Books and Operating Unit for H.J. Heinz, comprehensive UAT with TE040 test scripts and BR100/MD050 documentation, regression testing to validate the new organization, and coordinated technical and functional support and user training across finance, tax and receivables teams.
