In 2014, Celio implemented Cylande Supply Chain as its Supply Chain Management platform. The work was executed as part of a broader SI modernization and project management effort, with a designated store solution lead responsible for Winstore, UR and SAP configurations.
Cylande Supply Chain was configured to support store-level inventory visibility, replenishment workflows and cross-channel order orchestration, with explicit enablement for store mobility and mPOS. The implementation integrated with SAP MIM for master data and SAP POSDM for point of sale data synchronization, and the mobile layer was delivered through Butema and Sovia MobiSuite for in-store mobility and MPOS capabilities.
The solution was deployed across 850 stores in 7 countries and included customer program linkage to CelioClub. A cross-channel StoreToWeb capability was implemented in parallel, based on the Celio ecommerce site running Hybris, Octipas for order routing and Adyen for payment processing, with Cylande Supply Chain providing fulfillment and inventory signals to the order flow.
Governance and rollout retained the store solution manager as the configuration and operations owner for Winstore UR and SAP touchpoints, with phased store rollouts and centralized master data coordination through SAP MIM. Processes were consolidated to align POSDM streams and mobile operations with the supply chain orchestration provided by Cylande Supply Chain.
