The implementation operated alongside existing county systems, with explicit operational interaction with TrakMan, Imaging, and OnBase and with staff using standard imaging and scanning hardware and Microsoft Office for document processing. Equivant CourtView therefore served as the central case management record, while imaging and document management systems provided scanned exhibits and long term file retention.

Integrations and operational coverage include coexisting and interfacing with Tyler Munis financial and payroll solution, DTS land records system, and Hyland OnBase document management, as well as file servers and SQL databases that host court data. Union County IT retains application and system administration responsibility for Equivant CourtView and the surrounding server environment, while Dartpoints provides and manages the infrastructure as a service, backup as a service and disaster recovery as a service, and Aunalytics manages county network and firewall services.
