Operational coverage spanned Fund KYC teams in Ireland with 29 FTE and in the US with 14 FTE, affecting Client Onboarding, KYC, AML and Registration business functions. Governance and process changes included maintaining updated procedure documents aligned to regulatory client due diligence requirements, rolling out professional training modules, preparing risk based approach reports for client identification, and delivering regular management information to the three lines of defense. The Team Manager led staff development, recruitment and coaching to close knowledge gaps and ensured KYC AML Registration Policy requirements and ongoing due diligence monitoring were embedded into NTAS supported workflows.
