The implementation included integrations with LDAP for authentication, corporate email for notification workflows, asset management for equipment and assignment tracking, and CRM for alignment of employee related customer records. Architecture and integration design centralized HR and payroll process orchestration to enable unified data flows and improved operational reporting across business units.
Operational coverage impacted HR operations, payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration and employee self service, with governance restructured to centralize process ownership and reporting. In 2020, Golden Gate Restaurant Group implemented FPT.iHRP Payroll with FPT IS across its Vietnam operations, initiating the program in May 2020 and planning a December 2020 go-live to serve approximately 16,000 users and integrate with four other enterprise systems. The deployment targeted the Apps Category Payroll and was scoped to cover HR and payroll processes across the group in Vietnam.
The implementation covered a broad set of functional modules, including recruitment, HR administration, timekeeping, payroll, tax, insurance, employee self service ESS, and training and evaluation. FPT.iHRP Payroll was configured to manage payroll computation and statutory tax and insurance processing, capture time and attendance data for payroll feeds, support applicant and onboarding workflows, and provide employee facing self service and learning and evaluation capabilities.
Integrations were planned with four existing enterprise systems, with integration points focused on HR master data synchronization, timekeeping interfaces for payroll calculation, payroll output and reporting exchanges for tax and insurance, and employee data feeds to ESS and training modules. The deployment architecture was structured to operate across Golden Gate Restaurant Group sites in Vietnam, consolidating HR and payroll transactional flows under the FPT.iHRP Payroll application.
Project governance followed a defined timeline, with FPT IS executing the implementation and Golden Gate operational teams aligned for rollout across operating sites in Vietnam. The program timeline and phased cutover approach were established at project kickoff in May 2020, with the planned group wide go-live in December 2020.
