Integrations were built to synchronize customer and operational data between GoldMine CRM and CSA’s Truck Mate operations system, with daily batch exchanges driving campaign lists and transactional triggers. The deployment covered marketing, sales, and operations functions and was operational across Canada and the United States, enabling coordinated outreach tied to operational events in the Truck Mate system.
Governance and process changes included aligning data mappings and synchronization schedules to support consistent campaign triggers and to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs. The integration produced daily data flows and more targeted campaigns, improving lead quality, sales responsiveness and marketing-to-sales alignment for Csa Transports as stated in the project documentation.
