Operational coverage included servicing operations, treasury, IT service desk, loan boarding and print operations, with RPA bots supporting downstream reconciliation and reporting functions. Governance and rollout included creation and execution of RFPs, vendor evaluation through POC demonstrations, contract and SOW negotiation, recruitment of a skilled delivery team and introduction of formalized methodologies for project management, demand management, change management and systems development. The program resulted in approvals to proceed and the successful implementation of the selected technologies, while also establishing more transparent and collaborative relationships between IT and business stakeholders.
