The SEG implementation was integrated into the broader Microsoft Services footprint, operating alongside Office 365 synchronization and Active Directory administration already managed by the IT team. Libraesva Email Security was deployed to work in concert with endpoint protections such as SentinelOne, web security services like Cloudflare, and the organization level DLP and backup processes that are part of Data Center operations. Libraesva Email Security was configured to provide standard Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) capabilities such as inbound and outbound mail relay controls, spam and malware filtering, anti phishing detection, quarantine management and TLS inspection, with policy controls aligned to corporate email governance. Configuration work emphasized mailbox-level quarantine workflows, administrative role separation for mail administrators, and integration points for directory based allow lists and authentication. The SEG was integrated into Exor Internationals existing platform footprint, operating with Exchange Online as the email platform and using Active Directory and Entra ID for authentication and directory synchronization. The implementation coexisted with core infrastructure components including Azure cloud resources, VMware virtualization stacks, Nutanix server farms with asynchronous replication for disaster recovery, Veeam backups and PRTG monitoring, while endpoint and network protections were provided by Sophos firewall and endpoint systems. Operational ownership rested with the internal IT team led by the Senior System Administrator, providing second and third level support and ongoing administration.
