Flashtalking USA | Professional Services | 250 | $30M | United States | Microsoft | LinkedIn Talent Hub | Talent Sourcing | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019, Flashtalking USA implemented LinkedIn Talent Hub as its first applicant tracking system, adopting the Talent Sourcing application to centralize recruiting workflows. When HR Assistant Amanda Ianniello began managing hiring, the company was relying on internal spreadsheets and external agencies, which created disjointed processes for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates alike.
LinkedIn Talent Hub was configured to provide sourcing, candidate engagement and pipeline tracking capabilities so recruiters and hiring managers could source, engage and quickly track candidates from a single platform. The deployment consolidated applicant tracking, interview stage management and candidate status visibility, and standardized recruiter and hiring manager workflows within the Talent Sourcing environment.
Governance shifted as Flashtalking brought recruitment in-house, centralizing ownership under HR and recruiting teams based in New York and reducing dependency on external agencies. Operational scope included HR, recruiters, hiring managers and the sales and marketing hiring pipelines. Within months Flashtalking made four hires in sales and marketing and reported cost savings of over $88,000 by internalizing recruitment activities and tracking outcomes in LinkedIn Talent Hub.

Scopely, Inc | Professional Services | 250 | $2.0B | United States | Microsoft | LinkedIn Talent Hub | Talent Sourcing | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019, Scopely, Inc implemented LinkedIn Talent Hub to address fragmentation in recruiting workflows as the company scaled with new offices and hires globally. The initiative targeted the Talent Sourcing function, consolidating sourcing, candidate management, and hiring onto a single platform used by recruiters and hiring managers.
LinkedIn Talent Hub was configured to centralize candidate profiles and lifecycle management so recruiters could source, manage and hire without toggling between systems. Core capabilities adopted included project-based collaboration to share candidate pools with hiring managers, consolidated outreach and interaction histories, and workflow adjustments to move candidates directly into projects for coordinated review and interviewing.
Operationally the deployment removed the need for recruiters to manually switch between LinkedIn Recruiter and Scopely’s traditional Applicant Tracking System, consolidating candidate records and outreach history inside Talent Hub. The rollout focused on recruiting teams and hiring managers across Scopely’s expanding offices, with projects serving as the primary collaboration construct linking sourcing activity to hiring decisions.
Governance and process changes elevated recruiters into Talent Consultants who advise hiring managers on sourcing and outreach strategy, and introduced shared visibility of all outreach efforts to create consistent candidate engagement. Reported results included increased efficiency, greater collaboration, and time savings from eliminating duplicate research across systems. One platform to source, manage and hire? That’s a complete game changer for our recruiters, hiring managers and candidates!
