Printer and device support included multi function devices, thermal label printers, line printers and RF units, and the environment was integrated into the enterprise network fabric managed with Brocade, Fatpipe and Ruckus infrastructure.
Operational ownership rested with an Application Support Specialist based in Aurora, CO who handled day to day production support, label template management, printer troubleshooting and SSRS report maintenance, and who implemented new technology to improve end user productivity. Governance emphasized hands on support, SQL driven diagnostics and ongoing configuration updates rather than centralized governance tooling.
