In 2015 Tamini Trasformatori implemented Revalize Pro.File as its Product Master Data Management solution at the corporate level. The implementation formed part of a broader IT refresh that included a private cloud, Big Data, business intelligence and unified communications infrastructure modernization led from the company headquarters in Legnano, Lombardy.
Revalize Pro.File was configured to provide a central product data repository, structured product classification and metadata, bill of materials and version control, document management and engineering change control workflows consistent with Product Master Data Management practice. The configuration emphasized standardization of product metadata and document lifecycle controls to support engineering and product management processes.
The Revalize Pro.File rollout was executed alongside groupwide integration efforts, notably linking product master records to MS Dynamics Nav for transactional ERP flows and to Zucchetti HR and Timesheet for operational user management and timesheet alignment, with integration middleware used for company and site level synchronization. Operational coverage included engineering, production planning, procurement, quality and IT teams across group companies, with Pro.File serving as the authoritative product data source for downstream systems.

In 2017, Urmet implemented Revalize Pro.File for Product Master Data Management. The deployment targeted Urmet Spa's manufacturing PLM and product data governance in Turin, Italy, supporting a technical documentation and PDM team of six to seven people responsible for bills of materials and item master data.
Revalize Pro.File was configured to manage bills of materials, item coding, product change workflows, and centralized technical documentation and production support capabilities. The implementation aligned Product Master Data Management functionality with activities such as drafting technical procedures, supporting internal training, and coordinating product changes across engineering and manufacturing business functions.
The PLM deployment was integrated with Urmet's ERP AS-400 to maintain consistency between item masters and production systems, and it enabled collaboration workflows with internal and external stakeholders including law firms for trademarks, patents and industrial designs. Governance emphasized documentation ownership, cross-functional focus groups for process improvement, and training to embed PDM workflows into engineering and production operations.
