In 2025 CrediaBank Greece went live on an upgraded RiskAvert deployment at the end of June 2025 to enable compliance with the Basel IV and CRR III framework. The deployment implemented RiskAvert as a Governance, Risk and Compliance application and was driven as a finance and risk focused regulatory initiative to meet new capital adequacy reporting requirements in Greece.
Configuration covered an extensive set of risk categories including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, large exposures and leverage ratio, with the implementation aligned to capital adequacy reporting and risk data aggregation workflows. The upgrade included functional modules for risk calculation, exposure consolidation and regulatory reporting typical of Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms, and RiskAvert was configured to centralize risk metrics for finance and risk teams and to standardize inputs for statutory reporting.
Operational scope concentrated on CrediaBank's finance and risk functions within Greece, with the platform serving as the primary system for capital adequacy and large exposures reporting. The implementation emphasized governance over data lineage and auditability for regulator submissions. The upgraded RiskAvert deployment supports scheduled reporting cycles and scenario analysis workflows used by risk and finance reporting teams.
Rollout activities included configuration validation and alignment of risk and finance reporting processes to Basel IV and CRR III requirements, with user acceptance and regulatory reporting readiness checks completed prior to the end of June 2025 go live.
