ITN Productions Limited Media 706 $169M United Kingdom Dayforce RITEQ Absence Management Absence and Leave Management 2018 n/a In 2018, ITN Productions Limited implemented RITEQ Absence Management as its holiday and absence tracking application. RITEQ Absence Management served as the central Absence and Leave Management system used to provision user accounts for new starters and to manage holiday booking and leave requests. Day-to-day onboarding activities tied to the system included creating new joiner accounts on the holiday system Riteq, coordinating security pass issuance, preparing new joiner welcome packs, and conducting building walkabouts. Configuration emphasis centered on new starter provisioning workflows and the holiday booking and absence request modules, with HR teams operating the primary administrative functions. The implementation aligned operational processes across HR, facilities, and line managers for onboarding and absence approvals within ITN Productions Limited United Kingdom operations. Governance was established as a procedural handoff between HR onboarding and facilities coordination to ensure account creation on RITEQ Absence Management coincided with physical access provisioning and site induction activities.
YMCA Victoria Non Profit 5000 $140M Australia Dayforce RITEQ Absence Management Absence and Leave Management 2016 n/a In 2016 YMCA Victoria implemented RITEQ Absence Management to manage Absence and Leave Management for its Australian workforce. The deployment covered all staff including the Executive Leadership Team, and the implementation was positioned to support payroll and HR workflows during stand down periods across Australia. RITEQ Absence Management was configured to expose an Employee Self Service interface with an Absence tab for leave requests and an Accruals tab for balance visibility. The configuration included standard absence request workflows, support for requesting Annual Leave in instalments combined with Leave Without Pay, and a manual accrual refresh cadence aligned to the fortnightly pay run. Operationally ADP was used as the authoritative source for leave balances, with RITEQ Employee Self Service reflecting accruals after a manual refresh following each fortnightly payroll. The implementation specified that staff must submit leave requests through RITEQ ESS to be paid, payroll retained the ability to approve leave for staff on stand down while facilities were closed, and managers were not required to approve those specific stand down related requests. Governance and policy integration were explicit in the rollout, leadership instructed staff with accrued annual leave above two weeks and receiving JobKeeper to take leave, and the Executive Leadership Team were included in that request while some ELT members continued to work during their annual leave to support staff. Long Service Leave entitlements were retained in ADP for visibility, requests for Long Service Leave remained paper based and were routed to payroll, and the implementation documentation reiterated that entitlements continue to accrue during stand down in line with legislation.
