In 2017, AM Fresh UK implemented Rubicon ENTERPRISE as its core ERP Financial system. The deployment concentrated on corporate finance workflows and procurement aligned processes to support weekly and month end accounts, consignment reporting and intercompany reconciliations across the group.
Rubicon ENTERPRISE was configured to support general ledger ledgers and month end journal workflows, accounts payable invoice coding and overhead posting, consignment inventory accounting and month end stock valuation, and management reporting to generate weekly sales and margin reports used in group reporting. Configuration emphasized coding controls for direct cost invoices, identification of prepayments, and consistent overhead reconciliation to ensure P and L alignment during close.
