Automation efforts emphasized consolidating transactional workflows so that order capture, supply planning and production records feed a unified planning process. The deployment used a centralized multi-entity data model to unify customer, product and transactional master records across the Tedex group, improving information exchange between entities and providing managers with consolidated strategic information on each entity. Integrations were implemented functionally to bridge production planning, supply planning, sales order processing and financial posting so operational and financial teams share common transactional context. The result was a single operational view spanning sales, production and finance to support cross-functional planning and reporting. The program was executed using agile methodology and Sente led the implementation, with initial functionality already under test by Tedex employees and a planned project completion in the first quarter of 2018. Rollout governance emphasized phased testing, standardized reporting and process consolidation across entities to embed new operational workflows. Operational ownership landed with production, sales, finance and HR teams to operationalize the new processes and reporting cadences.
