Governance and operating model changes were driven by a Corporate Services and Security Advisor role created in August 2017, which manages the performance, value and risk of the contract portfolio and oversees relationship management, contract assurance, tenders, contractor oversight, lease administration, policy and procedure control, and document administration within the ServiceNow Contract Management environment.
