Governance and rollout were executed by the vendor-supported project team together with Dublin Bus business systems stakeholders, with direct feedback from Gemma O’Brien, Business Systems Executive, who said I wanted to give some feedback in relation to the recent upgrade of our Softworks system. From start to finish the team were beyond accommodating and professional. Thank you for all your help and assistance and I appreciate all the effort involved. The engagement was delivered as a version upgrade to the existing Softworks deployment, retaining the Softworks Clocking Systems core controls while enabling newly available workforce management features in the Time and Attendance domain.
