Coop Alleanza 3.0 Retail 19000 $4.3B Italy Talentia Software Talentia HCM Core HR 2024 n/a In 2024 Coop Alleanza 3.0 deployed Talentia HCM as its Core HR platform to harmonize HR processes following the merger of three cooperatives and to replace a long-standing on premise HR solution. The initiative targeted complete coverage of HCM processes and a shift to a distributed, employee-centric model to involve all actors across the organization and make HR services accessible beyond the HR department. The program activated all modules of the Talentia Core HR Suite, including talent management, MBO and performance evaluation, training management, and an ATS for recruiting and onboarding, delivering a consolidated Employee Star System. The project encompassed a technical and functional migration from Talentia HCM 10, supported by a two month assessment that produced a detailed blueprint aligned with regulatory requirements and future scalability. Architecture and integration work emphasized a smooth technical and functional migration, preserving continuity of HR operations during phased rollout and minimizing manual reentry. Talentia HCM was integrated with Coop Alleanza 3.0 existing systems to enable automated HR processes and distributed access, while data migration and phased activation reduced operational disruption. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with process standardization, centralized blueprint governance, and role-based access that enabled direct employee interaction with their data and workflows. Avvale led the implementation, applying its experience from over 150 HCM projects to map client specific processes, identify key process interventions, and orchestrate the phased adoption across HR and adjacent business functions. As implemented, Talentia HCM established a collaborative and distributed HR platform at Coop Alleanza 3.0, optimizing and automating HR workflows, simplifying training path identification and management, and improving recruiting and onboarding through the integrated ATS. The system also strengthened talent management and MBO capabilities to support personnel acquisition and retention, while enabling increased employee engagement through direct access to personal HR processes.

The program was coordinated with IT and a third party system supplier, and workflows were aligned with finance and payroll teams to define future ways of working. Operational coverage included global HR teams, HR operations administration, and executive reporting for HRVP, CEO and Senior Leadership Team, supporting ad hoc reports such as staff attrition, headcount and diversity.
