Cersanit | Manufacturing | 5500 | $650M | Poland | TMSFalcon | TMSFalcon | Transportation Management | 2018 | Optidata |
In 2018 Optidata implemented TMSFalcon at Cersanit across four production sites and the corporate headquarters in Poland to address Transportation Management for its manufacturing and logistics operations. The TMSFalcon deployment focused on modernizing transport planning, monitoring and settlement while providing a unified platform for operational control across sites.
The implementation configured core Transportation Management capabilities including transport planning and routing, transport monitoring and event tracking, detailed cost monitoring and automated carrier settlement workflows. TMSFalcon was configured to support planning automation and settlement reconciliation to standardize carrier invoicing and cost capture across production locations.
Optidata integrated TMSFalcon with Cersanits IFS ERP to synchronize orders, shipment records and cost data, enabling end to end visibility between transport operations and enterprise financials. Integration work included mapping master data, shipment status exchange and settlement posting to the ERP to streamline operational to financial handoffs.
Governance for the rollout centralized transport planning processes at the corporate level while extending operational execution to the four production sites, creating standardized workflows for carrier management and settlement approval. The project delivered improved transport planning, detailed cost monitoring and streamlined carrier settlements, reducing transport costs and increasing operational control in logistics.

Fakro Group | Manufacturing | 4000 | $1.0B | Poland | TMSFalcon | TMSFalcon | Transportation Management | 2015 | Optidata |
In 2015 Fakro Group implemented TMSFalcon, deploying the TMSFalcon Transportation Management application to standardize transport and logistics execution across the group. The rollout targeted operations in Poland and Europe and involved implementation partner Optidata for configuration and cutover support.
TMSFalcon was configured to support transport planning, carrier management and shipment monitoring as primary functional modules. The implementation included explicit integration with the client's JD Edwards ERP to synchronize order and shipment data, and a WMS integration was part of the project to link warehouse operations to transport execution.
The deployment standardized transport and warehouse to transport processes and established centralized process controls for carrier selection, scheduling and shipment tracking across FAKRO Group logistics and warehouse teams. Operational coverage focused on transport and logistics departments and on-site warehouse operations in Poland and neighboring European markets.
As stated by the project, the TMSFalcon implementation reduced logistics costs and errors and accelerated planning, delivering more consistent transport workflows and tighter coordination between warehouse and transport functions.

Grupa Kety | Manufacturing | 5488 | $1.4B | Poland | TMSFalcon | TMSFalcon | Transportation Management | 2015 | n/a |
In 2015 Grupa Kęty implemented TMSFalcon as a Transportation Management solution across its Extruded Products Segment, deploying the application in SWW production plants in Kęty and Tychy. The deployment targeted Logistics Center operations in Kęty and warehouse operations in Tychy to centralize transport planning, monitoring, billing and analysis workflows supporting both domestic distribution and export flows.
TMSFalcon, referenced in project materials as TMS FALCON®, was configured with modules for route optimization, transport order planning, driver and fleet management, selection of transport means, transport cost estimation at the planning stage, billing and document digitization. The implementation consolidated planning and cost supervision functions into a single environment, and enabled online monitoring of work and delivery costs at the customer level.
As part of the rollout a data exchange interface was built between TMS FALCON® and the client’s superior ERP system to synchronize master data and transport orders, enabling end to end visibility between planning and back office systems. Operational scope was limited to the Extruded Products Segment and included Logistics Specialists and carrier interactions across the two named sites, with the TMS supporting coordination of internal fleet and external transport service providers.
Governance changes included standardization of logistic processes and bespoke system modifications to align workflows with Grupa Kęty’s operational model, which centralized data storage for the logistics department and improved information exchange between Logistics Specialists and Carriers. The implementation emphasized process-driven configuration, operational handover at site level, and digitization of transport documentation.
Explicit outcomes recorded from the implementation included streamlined work for Logistics Specialists, reduction of transport planning time, full online monitoring of work and delivery costs, digitization of documents, identification of inefficient transport during planning, and a reported reduction in administration and logistics costs.
