In 2021 Caribbean Tourism Organization partnered with Velsoft to deploy Velsoft Znanja LMS to host and operate the Caribbean Tourism Institute online learning campus. The agreement and platform launch were announced publicly in December 2021 and established a formal memorandum of understanding between CTO and Velsoft.
Velsoft hosted and operated the institute on the Velsoft Znanja LMS and converted CTO course content for delivery through the platform, enabling Learning and Development delivery of workforce development and HR L&D courses across the Caribbean. The deployment is structured as a vendor-hosted learning campus operated under the CTO brand, with Velsoft responsible for platform hosting and course migration as specified in the memorandum of understanding, and the institute continues to offer region wide tourism and hospitality training under the CTO name.

In 2023 Jamaica Business Development Corporation implemented Velsoft Znanja LMS as part of the Digital Jamaica Project to deliver targeted upskilling for micro, small, and medium enterprises.
