Operational coverage spanned HR, payroll and application services, with legal engaged to translate and accommodate new California leave provisions. Rizing acted as the systems integrator during design, build and deployment phases.
Governance and rollout followed a documented approach, IEHP took inventory of business requirements, hired a third party consultant to map current state processes, collaborated on a future state and met with each department head to create process flows and diagrams.
