Xemplo HR was configured to support payroll calculations including tax, superannuation, workers compensation, weekly payrates, terminations, redundancy payments and long service leave. Functional modules implemented included payroll processing, timesheet consolidation, leave management and structured onboarding, with explicit configuration and testing of industry award interpretation rules.
The implementation integrated with workforce and payroll automation efforts by facilitating Humanforce, Expedo and KeyPay implementations to establish automated payroll feeds and award testing workflows. Operational coverage spanned payroll, HR, operations and finance teams, and extended to state venue client contexts including sport, entertainment, universities, hospitals and hotels, with ongoing collaboration to collate weekly timesheets and resolve payroll enquiries.
