The deployment leveraged built in ticketing workflows and content editing capabilities so the events team could instantly update agendas, speaker details, and venue information without development support.
Operationally the BusinessNZ Council team used Zoho Backstage to promote events on social channels and to enable livestreaming when in-person attendance was disrupted by COVID-19, allowing sessions to run as planned. The solution supported ticket purchase, cancellations, and a visible ticket sales tracking capability that the team used to monitor revenue flows and attendance in real time.
